Week 10 was in reality two weeks long due to my need for a thorough evaluation and re-orientation of my Yogic practice.
Several circumstances (like the rather uninviting temperatures during the camping-trip) led me to shift my practice from mat to, well, the whole rest of my day.
I invested quite some time handling various upsurges of discontent (because of weather), panic (because of things ahead), anger (for various reasons too insignificant to be mentioned here), and other kill-joys.
The result of my exemplary off-the-mat practice was a surprisingly fast established peace of mind & heart, accompanied by a total immersion into the present moment that lasted way beyond this 2 weeks long week 10.
Here’s what I’d call ‚high quality laziness‘.
